DupeSnap is an AI-powered visual search tool that allows users to photograph fashion items to find similar, lower-cost alternatives ("Dupes") on third-party retail platforms. The App uses image recognition technology to identify products and suggest similar items.

3. AI Accuracy and Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy, DupeSnap does not guarantee that the items identified or the alternatives suggested will be exact matches in terms of brand, material, quality, or style. The "Estimated Retail Price" displayed is an approximation based on available data and may not reflect current market values.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

DupeSnap may participate in affiliate marketing programs with retailers including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart. This means that we may earn a commission on purchases made through the links provided in our App. This comes at no additional cost to you.

5. Third-Party Retailers

Our App contains links to third-party websites and retailers. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or shipping policies.

Any transaction you make is strictly between you and the third-party retailer. DupeSnap is not a party to these transactions and is not liable for any issues arising from purchases, including returns, refunds, or shipping delays.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

DupeSnap is an independent search tool. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the luxury brands that may be identified by our App. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
• Overload or disrupt our servers or networks.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DupeSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
