By downloading or using DupeSnap, you are entering into a legal contract with us. If you don't agree to these terms, please delete the app immediately.
2. AI Disclaimer
DupeSnap uses AI to find fashion alternatives. AI can make mistakes. We are not responsible for the accuracy of search results, nor are we responsible for any purchases made on third-party websites (like Amazon, Zara, or Shein) reached through this app.
3. Usage Rules
You agree not to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer DupeSnap. This license is for your personal use only. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time during the beta period.
4. Liability
We are a small team based in Nebraska. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable if the app crashes your phone or if you buy a "dupe" that doesn't fit. You use this software at your own risk.
